Navy Engineers ensure the hardware (ships, helicopters and other machinery) is always in peak operational condition. Without them, the Navy cannot operate. To be successful, they must have the smarts but also be creative problem solvers.

There is there heavy competition for talented engineers coming from civilian industries who are provide much higher financial compensation that the Navy.

The challenge was to demonstrate that a career as a Navy Engineer is worth pursuing over civilian life.

We achieved this by creating an immersive digital portal for them to experience life as a Navy Engineer that showcases life at and outside of their role. Various digital executions were created to push them to this portal.

Results

• +192% uplift in Navy Engineering specific enquiry volume during the campaign period
• Significant amount of traffic in the 3 months of activity (59,253 sessions), with the vast majority of sessions arriving to the experience through Direct Entrances, Display and Social activity
